The Company accepts returns within 7 days from the date the customer receives the goods, under the following conditions:
- The product has quality issues.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was delivered, or the received product does not match the order.
Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the items do not affect secondary sales.
Items Not Eligible for 7-Day Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Used products (electronic products are considered used once powered on).
- Products with worn appearance, damaged functional parts, or missing accessories.
- Products with lost or severely damaged outer packaging (excluding normal unboxing) that affects secondary sales.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, and you have confirmed this at the time of purchase.
- Other situations where the product condition affects secondary sales.
