Signing InstructionsPlease provide a valid delivery address and contact number when placing your order.Upon receiving the package, please inspect the item immediately before signing:
- Check if the outer packaging is intact
- Verify that the quantity matches your order details
- Confirm that all documents are included
If the package seal is damaged or broken, you have the right to refuse delivery.If you cannot sign in person, you may authorize another person to sign on your behalf, who should also follow the above inspection steps.The courier will deliver the package to the designated address, and any person at that address (e.g., receptionist) may sign for it. We cannot guarantee delivery only to a specific person.
For security reasons, orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Please double-check your address and contact information before submitting your order.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information will be held by the distributor for 5 days. We will notify you by email. If we receive no reply within 5 days, the order will be returned to the warehouse and refunded.

- Returned items must be in their original condition, including all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents. If a physical invoice was included, it must also be returned. You may be required to sign relevant documents required by applicable laws and regulations. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your return or refund request.
